IMS CHIPS research group receives ISSCC Jack Raper Award

The Institut fĆ¼r Mikroelektronik Stuttgart (IMS CHIPS) was awarded the "Jack Raper Award for Outstanding Technology Directions Paper" by IEEE at the 2009 ISSCC conference in San Francisco for its "CMOS Imager Technologies for Biomedical Applications" presentation.


In addition, the IMS was represented with a presentation by Franz Xaver Hutter on Wednesday, February 11, 2009.
