<span>Research on an innovative optical rotation angle sensor<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><span>Miniaturized encoder angle sensors are on the advance. Thus, rotary angle sensors with very high resolution are already commercially available today. The goal is to further increase the resolution of a miniaturized optical encoder by interpolation and to detect possible failures early on with additional sensor information.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span>The IMS CHIPS is responsible for the development and commissioning of the Opto-ASIC in the INOSENS project.
