with over 1,000 participants and more than 430 representatives from industry, the event is one of the most important European platforms in the field of micro- and nanotechnology.<\/p><p>IMS CHIPS was represented with a presentation by its Managing Director, <strong>Prof. Dr. Quack.<\/strong> His presentation, entitled \u201c<strong>Closing the Gap from Lab to Fab &#8211; Micro- and Nanosystems Technologies at IMS CHIPS<\/strong>\u201d, demonstrated how IMS CHIPS bridges the gap between academic research and industrial production.<\/p><p>The following lists some of our application-oriented portfolio:<\/p><ul><li>Research and development along the entire value chain<\/li><li>Technology transfer from individual components to complex systems<\/li><li>Support with scaling up to prototype series<\/li><li>Access to qualified processes, high-end technologies and many years of expertise<\/li><\/ul><p>IMS CHIPS positions itself as a central partner for universities, SMEs and industry &#8211;
