The Seven. One Entertainment Group recently visited IMS CHIPS – bringing cameras into our cleanroom and offering exclusive insights into our high-tech fabrication environment for a very special occasion.

The TV feature spotlights a true technological milestone: Q.ANT’s photonic AI computer the first of its kind worldwide – has now gone into operation at the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre. The pilot line for manufacturing the photonic chips is located directly in our cleanroom – making IMS CHIPS the foundry partner for this groundbreaking innovation.

Once again, rare footage from our facility has been made accessible to the wider public – in a primetime national broadcast!

We warmly congratulate Q.ANT and especially Dr. Michael Förtsch on this pioneering achievement for the future of information processing!
