22nd Beams & More Workshop successfully concluded

Yesterday, the 22nd Beams & More Workshop took place at IMS CHIPS and the HLRS, with around 100 participants (including virtual attendees). Our agenda covered cutting-edge topics such as E-Beam & Laser Patterning, Photonic Processes & Devices, EUV & Nanoimprint Lithography and Micro-Optics & Micromechanics.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all speakers for their inspiring contributions, to the entire organisation team led by Julian Hartbaum for an outstanding execution, and to all participants for their active engagement. The networking between the key Notes and at the dinner in the evening proved to be a highlight, fuelling many exciting conversations and future collaborations.
