Strong Presence at the microTEC Südwest Cluster Conference
Last week, our team actively contributed to the microTEC Südwest Cluster Conference in a variety of roles — once again highlighting the value of interdisciplinary exchange and strong technology networks.
As a founding member, we naturally participated in the general assembly and board elections. At the same time, the conference also marked a special milestone: the 15th anniversary of Managing Director Christine Neuy, whose long-standing commitment has significantly shaped the network over the years.
IMS CHIPS was also strongly represented scientifically:
Our colleague Mengyao delivered a well-received presentation, while our institute director Jens attracted great interest with his talk on “Chiplets” as part of CHIP CONNECT BW. Both presentations sparked valuable discussions throughout the event and during the networking evening.
In addition, Ulrike Passlak moderated the sessions on “Biointegrated Systems” and “MedTech Actuation,” contributing to two highly relevant future-oriented technology fields.
This year’s conference stood out particularly for its high-quality presentations, excellent speakers and strong exhibition presence. Once again, the event provided an ideal platform for networking, collaboration and new innovation impulses.
