Meet & Greet at the IMS - A visit from the State Ministry of Baden-Württemberg

On December 19th, 2024, we welcomed our partners, the Q.ANT GmbH with its CEO Dr. Michael Förtsch and the Carl Zeiss company, as well as the Baden-Württemberg Innovation Alliance with Anke Fellmann and a delegation from the Baden-Württemberg State Ministry at the IMS. This was a wonderful opportunity for an informative meet & greet where we were able to provide a deep insight into our production, our pioneering possibilities and our future direction.
We create deep tech for tomorrow and focus on precision manufacturing – from a small quantity to small series production. We are the ideal partner when it comes to maximum complexity and precision. As a research facility, our particular strength lies in combining research and industry and acting as a link between the two. We make things happen for the German industry.
With the launch of our new lithium niobate production line in 2025, we will be sending a strong signal of innovation and transformation in cutting-edge technology. We look back on 30 years of experience in CMOS technology and our future focus is now leading us into the world of photonics. By taking this step, we are actively shaping the technological future: We are securing and creating new jobs in the high-tech sector, building strong and resilient supply chains in Baden-Württemberg and making us fit for the demands of tomorrow.
Together with our partners, we are providing new inspirations in microelectronics, a technology that is the backbone of modern innovation in many areas. The figurative brain of microelectronics is located in “THE LÄND” and we are proud to make a decisive contribution to a sustainable and competitive future both for the region and beyond.
